The Managed Website has no minimum contract length, and you can cancel before your next billing date. Low Maintenance hosting and technical maintenance is renewed annually.
For a Managed Website, the monthly service ends and we normally retain the website for approximately one month so there is time to discuss reactivation or migration. Low Maintenance ownership, renewal and transfer arrangements are confirmed in writing before work begins.
You own your domain and all client-supplied logos, photography, branding and business materials. If we manage a domain for you, it still belongs to you and can be transferred.
With the Managed Website, COASTIQ retains its underlying design, code and reusable framework unless a separate transfer or buyout is agreed. The Low Maintenance Website includes website ownership under the written ownership and transfer terms agreed before work begins.
Yes. You are free to leave. Domain transfer can be arranged, client-owned assets remain yours, and a website or code transfer can be discussed separately.
Hosting and deployment management, SSL and routine technical upkeep, reasonable small content changes, ongoing support and maintenance of the live website.
It covers secure hosting, essential technical maintenance and one annual update request. That request can contain several reasonable small edits completed together. Additional update requests start from £50.
It is one update request per year, not one individual edit. You can ask us to complete several reasonable small changes together, such as replacing photographs, updating text and adding a policy. A redesign, new functionality, substantial new pages or a whole-site rebuild is not included.
Ongoing reasonable small changes such as replacing text or images and updating contact details are included with the Managed Website, with no fixed numerical allowance. This helps the website stay current as the business and customer expectations evolve. Low Maintenance includes one annual update request containing reasonable small edits; additional requests start from £50. Major redesigns, new systems, substantial new pages or a whole-site rebuild are quoted separately.
